Bridges Health and Community Care - Gayndah

Bridges Health & Community Care provides community-based mental health and drug and alcohol services to the Wide Bay area. Bridges is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to improve the health, social and economic outcomes for people of all ages and communities. A range of services is offered including interventions for youths, adults, families and carers. They also offer training and promotion services to increase awareness and understanding of mental illness, drugs and alcohol and reduce stigma and discrimination.
