Lives Lived Well - Caboolture

Lives Lived Well – Caboolture provide a team of professional counsellors and a registered nurse to help guide people through the withdrawal process with holistic care, including facilities which are purposely designed to provide a safe, welcoming environment for supported day recovery.

Lives Lived Well - Caboolture also offer a Group Day Rehabilitation Program (DAY REHAB) which provides an opportunity for people to build a network of support and learn from others which are guided by a professional counsellor to address issues related to drug and alcohol dependencies, without having to live-in or stay overnight.

The Lives Lived Well – Caboolture Day Rehab program is run on weekdays over three weeks, with individual preparation provided if needed. Over the course of the program the alcohol and drug support involves; Group therapy sessions; Case management; Education and information; Practical tools and strategies; Health, nutrition and life skills; Wellbeing and mindfulness; Counselling and support; Referrals, advocacy and access to ongoing support in the community. After completing the Group Day Rehabilitation Program, follow up support is available, further helping people move towards their goals.
